OLV PARISH COUNCIL MINUTES

 

November 11, 2008

PRESENT: Vince Lombardo, Barb Hegler, Debbie Sanese, Lynn Early, John Frericks, Chris Ferguson, Chris Woodland, Linda Mazzitti and Pat Feamster

ABSENT: Msgr. Ciotola

The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer.

RECOGNITIONS: Ron Kibbe for website and Mary Waterfield for Woman’s Bazaar

FATHER ROMANO: (per e-mail) 1). Phase 2 and 3 - the architect has a tentative drawing and a contractor is putting together some cost figures. The project will be done in phases. The initial phase will be heating and cooling. 2). The Parish Self-Study at the vicariate level has been completed. The report has been sent to the diocese. 3). Father met with Tasha Snyder regarding a Family Life Group that would minister to young mothers. A committee needs to be formed, chaired by Tasha.

Reviewed Parish Calendar

New Business: reviewed Parish Goals. 1). Phase 2 and 3 2). Linda is working on Council Constitution. 3). Improved communication through the website 4). Stewardship book- information given to Father 5). Update data base to include talents of parishoners.

Stewardship Fair : Sunday November 23rd during pancake Breakfast and after 11am Mass.Not after the 5pm Mass. Discussed e-mails from Gary. Each council member took names of committee heads to call regarding tables at the fair.

Rob Joseph Ordination: His first Mass will be at the 5pm Mass on the 11/29. Dinner will be after Mass in the PLC. Pat will speak with Father regarding a parish gift.

Parish Website: Ron Kibbe has website started . Discussion regarding online calendar. Terri would update. Parishoners could view but only key people could change.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: FINANCE: Chris said income was up $19,000 this quarter, but expenseswere up 20%. The committee will monitor income and expenses on a monthly basis due to the economy.Any major purchases have to be reviewed by the Diocese.

LITURGY: will meet next Tuesday.

STEWARDSHIP: Already discussed.

PARISH LIFE: Women’s Club Bazaar made almost $4000. K of C will help with Pancake Breakfast. SOCIAL CONCERNS: Respect Life -Living Rosary had good participation; St. Vincent de Paul had successful clothing drive; Thanksgiving meals- asking for 15-20 frozen turkeys. The group will put up ornament tree 11/22. K of C has pro-life video that Respect Life might want to view. K of C was asked to do Toys for Tots, but felt it would interfere with St. Vincent de Paul gift drive.

COMMUNICATION: Already discussed website.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: 384 children; 51 to make 1st Communion. 70 6-8th graders and 8th and 9th graders will be confirmed in April. The Christmas program will be 12/14 for lower grades. the upper grades will walk to First Community for caroling,

The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer.

The Parish calendar will be placed on the website. Terri will be responsible for keeping the calendar updated using OUTLOOK. Parishioners could only view the calendar on the web, not edit or change.

Recognitions: The last Sunday of the October is Clergy Sunday. John will speak at all the Masses to recognize Msgrs Ciotola, Borelli and Missimi and also Deacon Baumann. Thank you notes will be sent to all four clergy signed by Parish Council members. John also felt that Parish Council should recognize Rob Joseph on his ordination in November. Linda will call Krista to see what might be appropriate.There is a parish party in the PLC Thanksgiving weekend.

Phase II and Phase III will be tabled until next month when Father is present.

COMMITTEE REPORTS COMMUNICATION: Barb Hegler gave an update on the website. She has a binder with most of the website on hard copy.The problem seems to be how to keep the website current. She gave council a hand out with information. It was suggested we have a “Census Sundaywhere parishioners could complete a form to have their e-mail addresses put on the website. They want a process where parishioners could put their own e-mail addresses on the site, Barb will put an ad in the bulletin stating the website is up again. They also want to involve the kids since they are comfortable with the Internet.

FINANCE: Chris Ferguson said there will be an updated report in November. Terri handles the ACH program now.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS : Vince Lombardo, Some slates on the roof needed repair after the storm. They are waiting for Phase II and III. There is a tree limb hanging over a power line, but it is not on OLV property. Vince will check with AEP regarding options.

PARISH LIFE: Pat Feamster, Welcome dinner will be 10/19. Womens Club Bazaar will be 11/8. K of C will do pictures with Santa in December. They will also help with the pancake breakfast. 11/23.

SOCIAL: Chris Woodland said Respect Life had the Living Rosary 10/12 The rose ceremony for the deceased members of the parish in the past year will be 11/1 at the 5pm Mass. St Vincent dePaul is having a clothes drive 10/18 and 10/19. They discussed Christmas and gifts.

LITURGY: Lynn Early.,Mass on All saints day will be 8am and 5pm.They have four new lectors and always have a need for ushers.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION : Debbie Sanese .Has about 380 children. The pancake breakfast for the Holy Childhood Association is 11/23. The new youth minister has a band and has gotten a good response from the teens.

STEWARDSHIP: Linda Mazitti, the fair will be during the Pancake Breakfast 11/23 and after the Saturday Mass 11/22. Linda will check with Gary Heydinger who will coordinate the event. Parish council members will speak at the pulpit prior to the weekend. Linda will also revamp the constitution and report back in November. Pat said a Stewardship booklet is on Fathers desk.

The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer

Steven recognized the new members: Barb Hegler, Linda Mazzitti and Debbie Sanese

FATHER ROMANO: Father thanked Steven for his leadership this past year. He also welcomed the new members. Thanks were given to all who were involved in the festival. Festival made $44,600.

Amy Frederick is new Director of Religious Education and Youth Minister. Father is interviewing an applicant from Ohio Dominican to help with the youth program.

Last payment to the debt was in August. We have $225,000 in savings, but have to keep balance of $200,000. We are saving for Phase 2 and 3. This involves heating and cooling, redo Victory Hall, and work upstairs in the church. Father showed the Council the drawings and plans. He will share them with the Diocese. We got $40,00 last year from rental of the PLC.

We completed our part of the parish self study. They are meeting now on the vicariate level. OLV needs 2-3 people to serve on the vicariate.

STEVEN MEIER: Steven discussed the Parish Council Calendar. He received the names and e-mail addresses of new members.

Father would like to see Welcome Committe booklet. He would like some form of booklet sent to parishioners. Chris Ferguson suggested using the Internet for some parishioners instead of mail. Barb said the website could be updated for people to sign on with e-mail addresses.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Education: Vince said the Protecting God’s Children Program was well attended. Classes start 9/14 for religious education. The National Kof C is having a essay contest for scholarships in 8th and 12th grades. “What it means to be Catholic in a secular world”.

PARISH COUNCIL MINUTES

JUNE 10, 2008

PRESENT: Msgr. Ciotola, Steven Meier, John Frericks, Lynn Early, Vince Lombardo, Chris Woodland, Chris Ferguson and Pat Feamster

ABSENT: Michelle Stroh and Jeff Panuto

The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer.

RECOGNITIONS: Jeff Panuto, Michelle Stroh and Steven Meier for Parish Council and Kati Russell for leading the religious education program.

Change in May minutes: Jeff Panuto will leave Council and Chris Ferguson will remain.

New Members: Linda Mazzitti, Barbara Hegler and Debbie Sanese

FATHER ROMANO: 1).Thanked Steven, Michelle , Jeff and new members, 2). We have a new secretary: Terry Harlor, 3). Father has contacted the architect and he will produce a sketch for Phase 2 and 3. the Finance Committee will meet next week and establish a budget. We will eventually have a town meeting and get the parish involved. 4). Bishops Annual Appeal: We have almost reached our goal, but the participation is low. The diocese will send letters in July to parishoners who have not responded. 5): repairs: a) The roof around the steeple and the hallway to the sacristy; b). Cement steps around the bell tower and the rectory; c). aluminum siding at the back of the rectory; d) seal the parking lot after the festival. 6). The last payment on the debt will be August 2008. It was discussed to have a ceremony at the festival. A committee was formed to discuss the plaques to honor donors. 92% of the parish has donated to the building fund. 7). The parish self-study is proceeding and there will be a meeting for the parish in July.

PARISH AUTO CONTRIBUTIONS: Chris is making calls to the families to let them know it will start this month. We have 45 families with a total of $72,408. Pat will put a note in the bulletin for parishoners to call Chris Ferguson with questions. Information will also be available in the Parish office.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

PARISH LIFE: 1). Pat will get Coffee and Donuts schedule starting 9/7/08. She will also redo the information sheet. Father feels one person should not be responsible for C&D. 2). The K of C has won the Star Council award along with 4 other awards. They are one of the top 10 councils in the state.

RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: 1).The May Crowning ended the school year. 2). Vacation Bible School has had a good turn out. Krista Joseph and Linda Mazzitti are co-chairing VBS. They need teachers for 4th grade.

FINANCE: There is a meeting 6/17/08

Worship: Next meeting is 9/16/08

SOCIAL CONCERNS: Bryan Corson has turned the presidency over to Tasha Snyder. Chris gave a financial report. The Pregnancy Blessing will be the first Sunday in July.

JANUARY 8, 2008

PRESENT: Steven Meier, Jeff Panuto, Lynn Early, Chris Ferguson, John Frericks, Michelle Stroh, Pat Feamster, Msgn. Ciotola and Renee Heydinger

ABSENT: Chris Woodland and Vince Lombardo
The meeting was called to order and opened with the Mission Statement

RECOGNITION: Katie Russell and Stephanie Jones for the Christmas Pageant.

Steven presented to Father the option of putting a notice in the bulletin regarding parents escorting their children to the restroom during Mass. Father felt it was not necessary.

FATHER ROMANO:

  1. We had good Christmas celebrations and he thanked Renee for scheduling the Eucharistic Ministers.
  2. Regarding the pledges, no letter was sent before Christmas. The Diocese will send letters to remind those families who have not completed their pledges.
  3. We had a good Christmas collection of $65,000 but only 243 families contributed.
  4. Father would like Parish Council members to speak at the Masses the last Sunday of April for the Bishop’s Appeal. They could combine the Stewardship Fair- Time Talents and Treasures with the appeal. A sub-committee of Steven, Jeff and Gary Heydinger will work with Father. The Stewardship Fair will be cancelled the weekend of 1/20 and 1/21 due to the holiday weekend.
  5. The Finance Committee is working on the plaques for the PLC. The Doyle family will be recognized for their contribution, the classrooms will be named for those who gave $30,000 and a plaque with all the donors may be held until after Phase II, to include all donors.
  6. There will be small Lenten groups.

Chris Ferguson updated the Council on Automated Contributions. A sample letter that will be sent to the parishoners was given to Parish Council members. We need 50 people to enroll in the program to make it cost effective, Letters will be mailed and someone will speak at the Masses to explain the program.

The Valentine Dinner will be Saturday February 16th. A Big Band will play. Dinner is $25 each/$50 couple.

The Volunteer Dinner is Saturday February 2nd. Hor doerves will be at 6pm with dinner at 6:30. Father will plan on 120 people. Lynn, Michelle and Pat will meet and plan the dinner. Jeff will do the bar. Pat will put an announcement in the bulletin.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

PARISH LIFE:

  1. The K of C and Respect Life groups will host a pancake breakfast on Sunday January 27th 8am-11am, to raise funds for Respect Life.
  2. The Spaghetti Dinner will be changed from 4/6/08 to 4/13/08. Pat will put the dates for Fall 2008 and 2009 on the calender now.
  3. The coffee and doughnuts is sponsored by St. Vincent de Paul in February; K of C in March; Liturgy Committee in April; Religious Education in May; and Festival Committee in June.

FINANCE: There will be a statement for the first 6 months by the next meeting.

SOCIAL CONCERNS: The dinner for the Homeless at the YWCA is January 23rd.

The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer. The minutes were approved.

Recognition: Mary Waterfield for a successful Woman’s Club Bazaar

Parish Calendar was reviewed and updated.

A potential list of candidates for Parish Council Elections for next year was reviewed and more candidates suggested. Parish council members will obtain more candidates. The election will take place May 17-18, 2008.

The Coffee and Donuts guidelines were reviewed and updated. Parish Council will host the January C&D. A list of volunteers was completed

Parish Council dinner is Tuesday December 11, 2007.

Review of Parish Mission and Goals- discussed areas of improvement.

OLV is working with National City Bank on automatic contributions. Packets with special envelopes will be sent possibly quarterly or bi-annually. Parishoners will have to re-sign every year.

An announcement will be placed in the bulletin regarding parents accompanying their children to the restroom during Mass.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Education: Vince Lombardo would like the Mission statement regarding Education redone as it is not relevant to what is actually occurring in Religious education. There is poor attendance for 5th graders in the evening. The National Youth Conference was very successful.

Parish Life: Pat Feamster: The Spaghetti Dinner $1400; The Woman’s Bazaar $4286 and the Welcome Dinner had 16 families attend.

Financial: Chris Ferguson stated that the Offeratory collection is up 2% ; the festival income was up from last year. The parish is on target to pay off debt. We applied for a grant from the BAA for $15,000.

Communication: Michelle Stroh: Need to get the rest of the directories to parish.

Social Concerns: Chris Woodland: St Vincent de Paul had 80 bags of clothing received for their drive. They packed lunches for the Homeless . They will deliver Thanksgiving Dinners and put up the ornament tree after Thanksgiving. Respect Life held the Living Rosary outside; gave out white roses on All Souls day and in January will hand out roses on the anniversary of Roe vs Wade.

October 16, 2007

PRESENT: Monsignor Ciotola, Steven Meier, Chris Ferguson, Vince Lombardo, John Frericks, Jeff Panuto, Lynn Early, Chris Woodland, Michelle Stroh and Pat Feamster. The meeting was called to order and opened with the reading of the Parish Mission and a prayer .

RECOGNITIONS: Barb Hegler for the directory; K of C for the spaghetti dinner and Fr. Chuck Faso for the Parish Mission.

FATHER ROMANO:

1).Discussed the success of the success of the Parish Mission.

2). He gave the dates to feed the Homeless at the YWCA Center: Wed. 1/23/08; Wed. 4/23/08; Wed. 9/10/08 and Wed. 12/10/08. Beth Anderson is in charge of organizing the dinners.

3). Father also discussed the Financial Report of the which will be an insert in the bulletin this week. He will send a letter to those who have not paid their pledges and give them several options. His goal is to have the debt reduced to <100,000 by 1/08.

Steven Meier distributed the Parish Council Calendars and Contact List to the members. We discussed starting early for the selection of new council members. possibly after the Stewardship Fair.

Steven will check on the 12/11 date for the Parish Council Christmas Party. Committee Heads will be invited. Father will get the entree and Parish Council members will provide the hor’doerves and desserts.

Steven was asked to present the idea of a chaperone to escort children to the bathroom during Mass. There is a concern regarding the risk of coming downstairs by themselves. We felt it was a parental responsibility Any member of the church would have to attend the “Protecting God’s Children” program and be fingerprinted.

Parish Council members: Steven Meier, Jeff Panuto and Michelle Stroh will work with father on updating the Parish Council Mission, Goals and Constitution.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

FINANCIAL: Chris said automated contributions could possibly be in effect by 12/07. Forms and a resolution have to be signed, The council will get Bob Dunn, an attorney on the Finance Committee to review contract. Peggy will manage the program once it is implemented.

COMMUNICATION: Michelle stated that the directory is available.

PARISH LIFE: Spaghetti Dinner was a success due to large amount of carry-out orders. It may be better to do it in November next year. Woman’s Club Bazaar is Saturday 10/27. Parish Council will do coffee and donuts 1/08.

STEWARDSHIP: It was scheduled 1/5 and 1/6. There was a concern about being to close to the Holy Days, so Jeff will check on a date in February .

EDUCATION: Vince reported that there is 320 children in K-8. There is one evening 5th grade class and one morning. They are planning the Christmas Pageant. There is a Pancake Breakfast 11/18 to benefit The Holy Childhood Association. We have 7 students attending the National Youth Conference.

BUILDING AND GROUNDS: John reported the new maintenance position has been filled. Shannon does cleaning and maintenance. Father Romano says it is time to consider remodeling the church. The heating and cooling system needs replaced. The planning will start now for remodeling in 2 years.

The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer.

The meeting started with a financial report from John Drake. After the mission, Father will present the reports to the parish. The goal is to retire the debt by Winter 2008. Then Phase Two and Three will begin.

RECOGNITIONS: Sharon and Franz Harris and John Drake, Emily and Dick Miller, Dave Bell and Kathy Whisler for their work on the festival.

NEW BUSINESS:
Parish Mission 10/6-10/10. Father will send letters to the parishioners inviting them to the mission. A banner will be placed in front of the church. Parish Council is responsible for refreshments on Tuesday !0/9. Pat Feamster will e-mail the council later. A Spaghetti Dinner will be served on Oct 14th. The KofC will sponsor with help from the social committee. Pat Feamster will e-mail the social committee. The Stewardship Fair will take place in the fall. Jeff Panuto will contact Gary Heydinger.

Electronic transfer for collections will start within two months.

May 8, 2007

Recognitions: A card will be sent to Helen Southall

NEW BUSINESS

Council Elections: A list of candidates was brought by council members. Tess Galvin and Pat Feamster will confirm and get biographies and pictures for council elections in June.

Sister Pat Recognition: Katie Russell is heading the committee for her reception on June 3rd after the 11am Mass. An announcement will be in this Sunday’s bulletin.

Parish Picnic: Amy Switzer is heading this committee. The picnic will be held June 9th after the 5pm Mass. There will be games for children and the food will be potluck. Father said the mass will be held in the church and the picnic on the parish grounds.

Building Phase II and III: Father will have a committee in place by fall.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Finance- Steve Meier: The committee had a presentation by City National Bank on automatic deposit for weekly collections. They will present a budget in June.

Education- Vince Lombardo: The children are having rehearsal for May Crowning on May 20th at 9:30. Father reported that several people will replace Sister Pat. Katie Russell will coordinate the K-5 classes. Amy Fredrick will do 6,7, and 8th grades and Kelly Milano will continue to coordinate the preschool classes. Father Romano will do RCIA and Baptism classes with the help of Karen DeLaurentis.

Worship- Rob Joseph: The projector is in place in the Parish Life Center.

RECOGNITIONS: Vince Lombardo mentioned that several people were recognized by the KofC and feels parish council should also recognize. I will get the list from George Blubaugh.

NEW BUSINESS: Discussed Helen Southall’s resignation From Parish Council due to family concerns. Dave Bell will assume presidency for the rest his term.

Recognition of Sister Pat. The hall has been reserved Sunday June 3rd for after the 11 a.m. mass. Discussed ways to recognize her accomplishments. Vince will check with teachers regarding program.

Council Elections: Rob, Tess and Dave finish their 3 year commitment. We need 6 candidates to choose 3. Council members will come with one name for next meeting. Tess and Pat will work with Father on the final list.

OLV Picnic: The date is June 10th. Pat will contact the person who has accepted chair of the committee.

COMMITTEE REPORTS: Finance- Steve Meier: Meeting 4/17/07 Considering direct deposits for weekly collections. They will have quarterly instead of monthly meetings. The committee is looking for new members.

Education- Vince Lombardo: Confirmation was good ceremony. First Communion is 4/29. Sister Pat will send a letter to parents regarding her replacement.

Parish Life -Pat Feamster: The Welcome committee welcomed 7 new families in March. Four new families registered this month.

Stewardship- Jeff Panuto: Stewardship Fair will be in the fall

Social Concerns- Tess Galvin: 12 Easter baskets were delivered last week. Montana de Luz is having a fund raiser 4/21/07. Beth Anderson has taken charge of organizing meals for the homeless. The next date is 6/14/07.

Building and Grounds- Dave Bell: Parish Council needs to start working on Phase 3 and 4. Father met with parents of Trinity students. He is following the Bishops policy of 35-45-55%.

January 17, 2007

Present: Monsignor Romano Ciotola, Dave Bell, Jeff Panuto, Steve Meier, Vince Lombardo, Michelle Stroh and Pat Feamster.
Absent: Rob Joseph, Tess Galvin and Helen Southall. The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer.

Recognitions: Barb Hegler and committee for their work on the directory.

Father started the meeting by discussing the parish directory. Letters will be sent to those who did not get photographed. If they do not wish their phone number to be published in the directory, they will e-mail Barb Hegler or call Pat Feamster. All the photos are done. The committee will be working on the lay-out of the pictures.

The Volunteer Appreciation Dinner will be held Saturday January 27th. Hors’doeuvers will start at 6pm and dinner will be at 8pm. Father will provide the dinner. Parish Council will be responsible for the hors’doeuvers.. Jeff Panuto will be responsible for the wine and drinks. Pat Feamster will get the sheet cake for the dessert. Parish Council members will set up the room Saturday morning. An ad will be in this Sunday’s bulletin and Father will make an announcement at the pulpit.

Father announced a mission for October 6-10, 2007. He would like to include a Family Program at that time.

The Spaghetti Dinner will be Sunday February 4th from 12-6 pm. The Social Committee will be handling the arrangements.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:

Finance: The meeting is tomorrow. Father said it was a good Christmas. He paid $100,000 from the debt. Dave Bell will help Father with naming rights for those who gave at a certain level.

Religious Education; Vince said they had a very successful Christmas pageant.

Parish Life: The Woman’s Club members will deliver Valentines to the homebound. Mary Waterfield said about 375 parish history books have been sold. They need to sell 550 to pay the publishing costs. They will resume selling the books at the Fish Fry Dinners. The K of C is sponsoring the 3rd Sunday food collection to take to McArthur Ohio. A list of need supplies was listed in the bulletin last week and the members will be collecting items all week in Victory Hall.

They are also sponsoring a Free Throw contest to find the best shooter in the state. The first contest is at Grandview HS. The next two will be 3/3/07 for the regional and 3/17/07 for the finals at Ready HS.

November 14, 2006

Present: Monsignor Romano Ciotola, Jeff Panuto, Helen Southall, Tess Galvin, Vince Lombardo, Dave Bell, Steve Meier and Pat Feamster  Absent: Rob Joseph and Michelle Stroh. The meeting was called to order and opened with a prayer.

Recognitions: Welcome Committee for the dinner for new parishioners

  • Katie Foley, Mary Waterfield and Tess Galvin for the Parish History
  • Woman’s Club for the Bazaar
  • Tom Eviston for K of C veteran’s Day mass and ceremony
  • Social Committee for the Spaghetti dinner
  • Father Romano commented on ideas for the upcoming Lenten season. The stewardship fair will be held 9/07.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

Education: The youth group had a successful retreat last weekend. Father Romano showed a video to the children promoting the Holy Childhood Association for the upcoming Pancake Breakfast. Sister Pat will start rehearsals for the Christmas pageant. The 3rd and 4th graders will have their 2nd Annual Leaf, Rake and Bake sale for the seniors.

Worship/Spirituality: Rene Heydinger will do the Lector/Eucharistic Minister/Server schedules next year.

Communication: Group pictures are still being taken for the directory. Parish Council will help the directory committee to call  the people who opted not to have their pictures taken to see if they want listed in the directory.

Finance: The committee produced the budget for next year. Sunday collections are good. The rental of the hall is producing revenue. The parish may send letters to new parishioners regarding pledges. The parish will continue to support the students in Catholic schools.

Building and Grounds: The parish will continue to take care of critical issues. The Council commended the committee for the sidewalk around Victory Hall.

Social Concerns: The dinner for the homeless will be 12/15 and we will serve spaghetti. Tess Gavin will need people to provide desserts, cook, serve and clean the kitchen in the Parish center. The  St Vincent de Paul coat drive produced 40 bags of coats that were given away free to the needy. The organization made lunches to feed 200 people for Trinity Episcopal Church downtown. They will provide 25 Thanksgiving meals next Wednesday. The ornament tree for Christmas will be put in the vestibule the weekends of 11/25 and 11/26 through 12/2 and 12/3. The date to return presents is 12/10. Respect Life had a successful White Rose ceremony at the All Souls Day prayer service.

Parish Life: The Welcome dinner served 25 families- 31 of those served were children. The Holiday Bazaar  made over $3700 including several donations from parishioners. The spaghetti dinner served 390 dinners and made over $1600. Over 100 people from the parish volunteered for those two events. Coffee and doughnuts will be on the last weekend in November. December will be taken off the list due to conflicts in scheduling. The Parish history was sold at the Bazaar and will be available after masses and in the parish office.

New Business: All committee heads need to be informed to update the calender in the parish office to avoid scheduling conflicts. Bulletin flyers can now be produced with the bulletin to avoid the need for “stuffing”. This can be produced electronically and will be coordinated through Peggy.

Father Frank Stanton will be living with Father Romano until an apartment is available at St Teresa’s Villas.
